Path of Exile
This is a great FREE, on line RPG game. It reminds me a little bit of Diablo. There is tons of magical gear to be found and may gems that will let you change their powers or socket colors. The game was developed in New Zealand by hard core gamers. There are in game purchases but they are more for cosmetic changes. The developers do not believe in the "pay to win" style most free to play games use these days. One of the really great things about this game is the way the skill tree is setup. There are around 1300 different "skills" that form a swirling maze of enhancements. Your path of choices determines your characters skills and enhancements needless to say there are more than a few different paths.
Dungeons & Dragons online
A great MMORPG. This game is packed with content. You can play for free but there are quite a few limitations that make the game a little more difficult. The free game play can still be a lot of fun though. I would recommend trying it out for a little while and if you like it subscribe. The game mechanics are on a completely different level than most games. You can spend literally years mastering this game.
Rocksmith 2014
If you have ever wanted to play guitar or bass, GO BUY THIS GAME NOW. If you have and electric guitar or bass you tried to learn to play and gave up, GO BUY THIS GAME NOW. If you play guitar or bass, GO BUY THIS GAME NOW. If you have ever seen a guitar or bass you should probably GO BUY THIS GAME NOW. If you absolutely hate music and are a generally in a bad mood then this game might not be for you. Picture rockband or guitar heroes' but with the real music coming towards you in the form of tablature. You play a real instrument and the game teaches you how to play. There is a gradually scaling difficulty level that can be a little annoying sometimes but is generally really well done. The better you do the more of the music the game shows you until you see it all. Once you master the song, you can play in master mode where the music fades away until you don't see it until it's on the strings as you play. There are all kinds of mini games to help you practice. There is a growing number of songs that you can download for a fee. This game is also available on PS3, and XBOX 360. You may have guessed this is my favorite game.
